Engineering Bootcamp

Event Recap

Every season starts in the garage. Our fall engineering bootcamp brought together returning members and first-years for a full day of hands-on learning — suspension theory in the morning, wrench time in the afternoon.

New recruits got their first look under the car. Returning engineers ran the sessions. By end of day, six people who had never touched a race car could explain what a corner weight is and why it matters.

The bootcamp also doubles as a filter. If you show up, pay attention, and get your hands dirty, you're on the team. If you check your phone the whole time, we part ways gracefully. RMR doesn't have room for passengers.
